Deleting your account

You can delete your Pebbil account and everything stored with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Pebbil and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the settings icon in the top corner.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and data are removed right away.

By email (if you can't sign in)

Email hello@pebbil.io from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We use that address to confirm the account is yours, so please send it from the same one.

If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, send your request from that private relay address. It still reaches us.

What gets deleted

Everything attached to your account:

• Your name, email address, school, major, year and goals
• Your roadmap, milestones and task progress
• Streaks and badges
• Saved events
• Any resume bullet points generated for you
• Your sign-in record itself

Deletion is permanent. We can't restore an account once it's gone.

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. Our hosting providers keep short-lived technical logs (things like an IP address and a timestamp) that expire automatically, and once your account is deleted there is nothing connecting those records back to you.

How long it takes

Deleting in the app happens immediately. Email requests are handled within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
